Programs

Three programs, one belief

Literacy, kindness, and after-school enrichment — three programs, woven together and run in partnership with the schools and families who know these students best.

LiteracyA teenage reading-buddy mentor and a smiling young girl share a storybook at a classroom table.

Reading is the first door we open

When a child can read, every other subject — and every dream — opens up. We put the right book in the right hands, and a patient reader beside every child who is still finding their way.

  • Reading BuddiesOne-on-one volunteer tutoring for K–5 readers who need a champion in their corner.
  • Bookshelf ProjectWe stock classroom and home libraries — more than 500,000 books a year.
  • Summer Slide PreventionTake-home reading kits that keep skills sharp over the long summer break.
KindnessTwo elementary students laugh together as they read a picture book.

Kindness is a skill — so we teach it

Empathy, inclusion, and working through conflict are not born, they are built. Our social-emotional curriculum gives kids the words and the daily practice to be good to one another.

  • Kind ClassroomsAn SEL curriculum built around empathy, conflict resolution, and belonging.
  • Kindness ChallengesMonthly schoolwide campaigns that celebrate everyday good deeds.
  • Anti-Bullying WorkshopsPeer-led sessions for grades 4–8 that change the whole room.
After schoolA group of children gather around a 3D printer, watching it work at an after-school STEAM club.

Somewhere to belong after the bell

For too many kids, the hours after dismissal are the riskiest of the day. Kindfuly Clubs turn them into the best — homework help, reading time, art, play, and a mentor who shows up.

  • Kindfuly ClubsDaily homework help, reading, arts, and play at partner schools.
  • STEAM SaturdaysEnrichment days that blend science, art, and storytelling.
  • Mentorship PairingVetted adult and high-school mentors matched to each student.

Bring Kindfuly to your school

Most of our programs start with one teacher or one parent who reached out. Be that person.
